  4.     All it takes to enter New Hampshire's first-in-the-nation
  5. presidential primary on Feb. 18 is nerve and a $1,000 filing
  6. fee. Among the record 62 candidates who have rushed in where
  7. Mario Cuomo feared to tread:

  9.     Lenora Fulani. Thanks to her money-raising abilities, the
  10. 41-year-old developmental psychologist and leader of the
  11. left-wing New Alliance Party will receive more than $600,000 in
  12. federal matching funds, a sum exceeded only by Bush and Iowa
  13. Senator Tom Harkin.

  15.     Pat Paulsen. The television comedian, a veteran of several
  16. lighthearted campaigns, will run again in '92, despite having
  17. filed for personal bankruptcy.

  19.     Lyndon LaRouche. The wild-eyed libertarian, who has also
  20. run for the White House before, sent in his form from the
  21. federal prison in Alexandria, Va., where he is serving a 15-year
  22. sentence for mail fraud.

  24.     Tom Laughlin. He played the anti-Establishment movie hero
  25. Billy Jack, and now the jowly actor wants to karate-kick his way
  26. into the White House on a platform of nuclear disarmament and
  27. middle-class tax cuts.

  29.     Harold Stassen. No field would be complete without the
  30. 84-year-old former Minnesota Governor who made his first
  31. presidential bid in 1944.
